UBS remains committed to supporting your total well-being. In 2026, we’re balancing affordability, access to quality care, and long-term sustainability while continuing to invest significantly in your health coverage.
Medical
In 2026, employees will continue to have access to comprehensive medical coverage. New virtual care enhancements are being introduced to help reduce costs and improve convenience. Employee contributions will increase, and some plan design changes — such as deductible and out-of-pocket maximums — may apply.
Dental
Dental coverage remains part of the overall UBS healthcare investment. You have access to two plan options through Cigna: the DPPO and DHMO.
Vision
In 2026, you will continue to have access to comprehensive vision coverage to support your eye health.
1Keep in mind that premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums are tied to your benefit elections, your Benefits Base Salary (BBS) and how many family members you cover. With an increase of approximately 6% in employee medical contributions for 2026, your costs may rise even if your elections and covered family members remain the same. Actual premium rates will continue to be based on your BBS, your plan choice and how many family members you choose to cover.
The 2026 medical plan employee contributions provided do not include the Tobacco User Surcharge.
